PUBLIC NOTICE CITY UTILITIES COMMITTEE Tuesday, January 14, 2020 9:30 AM The City Utilities Committee of the Atlanta City Council will hold a Public Hearing at City Hall, 55 Trinity Avenue, S.W., 2nd Floor, Committee Room #1, on the following proposed legislation: 19-O-1721 AN ORDINANCE BY COUNCILMEMBER CARLA SMITH TO ABANDON PORTIONS OF A PUBLIC STREET KNOWN AS MARTIN STREET CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 0.074 ACRES AND BEING MORE SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED IN THE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A" AND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 56 OF THE 14TH DISTRICT, FULTON COUNTY, GEORGIA TO 105 MCDONOUGH BLVD, LLC AND TO PURCHASE IT FROM THE CITY OF ATLANTA AT FAIR MARKET VALUE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
