- PUBLIC NOTICE - Please be advised that the Employee Benefit Plan Council (EBPC) and State Personnel Board (SPB) will convene on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. ET via teleconference. Below are the agenda items for the meetings, along with information on how to join virtually. The EBPC agenda includes the approval of minutes of the August 12, 2025, EBPC meeting, as well as nominations, presentations and Council votes, on the following: 1) 2026 EBPC Vice Chair; 2) 2026 EBPC Meeting Calendar; 3) The final version of the Employee Benefit Plan Council Rules modifications; 4) a presentation on the Flexible Benefits Program Request for Proposal (Legal Plans); and 5) an update on Unum's Long-Term Care plan option. The SPB agenda includes approval of minutes for the August 12, 2025, SPB meeting, as well as nominations, presentations, and Board votes on the following: 1) 2026 SPB Chair and Vice Chair; 2) 2026 SPB Meeting Calendar; and 3) FY2025 Workforce Report.
