NOTICE OF PRACTICE CLOSURE AND PHYSICIAN RETIREMENT

Effective December 18, 2026, Dr. Gerardo (Gerry) L. Sotomayor will retire from the active practice of Gynecology and permanently close the medical office, Gynecology and Cosmetic Surgery Center of Atlanta, located at 3957 Holcomb Bridge Rd. Ste 100 Norcross, GA 30092.

It has been a privilege to serve the health needs of our community for over 40 years. If you need help finding another provider and/or practice for your care, please contact the office 770-939-5102

Medical Records: Copies of medical records will remain on file and accessible. To request a copy or have your records transferred to a new provider, please submit a written authorization request to:
