NOTICE OF INTENT TO AMEND

ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION

Notice is hereby given that Spirit Foundation, Inc., a Georgia nonprofit corporation, intends to amend its Articles of Incorporation to change its corporate name from Spirit Foundation, Inc. to Cervical Cancer Foundation, Inc.

The amendment was duly approved by the Board of Directors in accordance with the Georgia Nonprofit Corporation Code and will be filed with the Georgia Secretary of State.

This notice is published pursuant to the requirements of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated (O.C.G.A.) for nonprofit corporations.
