REQUEST FOR INFORMATION/PROPOSAL #26-15
REDEVELOPMENT OF COUNTY OWNED PROPERTY
The Rockdale County Board of Commissioners is issuing this Request for Information/Proposal (RFI/RFP) to solicit information from qualified firms regarding the potential redevelopment of County-owned property. This RFI/RFP is intended to gather information on available approaches, capabilities, and potential redevelopment concepts to assist the County in evaluating future opportunities and planning for the redevelopment of the property.
There will be a Pre-Proposal Conference held at 10:00 a.m., local time, Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at Rockdale County Assemble Hall, 901 Main Street, Conyers, Ga 30012. Any questions and/or misunderstandings that may arise from this RFI/RFP may be asked and answered at the pre-proposal conference; however, oral responses are not authoritative. Proposers are encouraged to review the RFI/RFP before attending the pre- proposal conference. Questions received after the pre-proposal conference must be submitted in writing to tina.malone@rockdalecountyga.gov. Any contractor who intends to submit a proposal is advised to attend this meeting.
Any questions and/or misunderstandings that may arise from this RFI/RFP must be submitted in writing to Tina Malone at tina.malone@rockdalecountyga.gov. Submit questions and/or requests for clarifications regarding this RFI/RFP no later than 2:00 P.M., local time, Thursday, September 17, 2026. Written responses will be issued in an addendum. It is the proposer’s responsibility to check the Rockdale County website at www.rockdalecountyga.gov, Bid Opportunities, Current ITBs/RFPs for any addenda that may be issued, prior to submitting a proposal for this RFI/RFP.
Submittals are due no later than 2:00 P.M., local time, Thursday, September 24, 2026, at the Department of Finance, 958 Milstead Avenue, Conyers, Georgia 30012. Any proposal received after said time and date will not be considered by OWNER.
Rockdale County reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals.
