NOTICE INVITING SEALED PROPOSALS
FULTON ATLANTA COMMUNITY AUTHORITY, INC. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) ANNUAL INDEPENDENT FINANCIAL AUDIT SERVICES
The Fulton Atlanta Community Authority, Inc. (FACAA) a non- profit 501©(3) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified, independent Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firms to perform the organization's Annual Financial Audit for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, with the option for renewal as permitted by applicable regulations and organizational policies.
The selected firm must be licensed to practice public accounting and possess demonstrated experience in auditing nonprofit organizations that receive federal, state, and local funding. The firm must have extensive knowledge of:
· Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200) Single Audit requirements
· Office of Inspector General (OIG) audit standards and procedures
· Government Auditing Standards (Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards - GAGAS)
· GAAP and other applicable accounting principles
· The Georgia Department of Audits and Accounts requirements, where applicable
· Cost allocation methodologies and other generally accepted accounting and auditing practices
Experience auditing Community Action Agencies and familiarity with the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG), Head Start, and other federally funded programs are preferred.

Sealed proposals must be received no later than September 30, 2026, at 11:59 pm. Late submissions will not be considered.
