PUBLIC NOTICE

In accordance with O.C.G.A. § 12-8-24(d) of the Georgia Solid Waste Management Act, the City of Palmetto will hold a public hearing on October 27, 2026 at the Palmetto Community Center, 595 Roosevelt Hwy, Palmetto, Georgia 30268 at 12 p.m. with respect to the major modification of Solid Waste Handling Permit No. 060-089D(C&D) for the Willow Oak Construction/Demolition Landfill, located at 7395 Roosevelt Highway, Palmetto, Georgia 30213. All interested persons are encouraged to attend.
