The Transportation Committee of the Atlanta City Council will hold a Public Hearing in City Hall 55 Trinity Avenue, S.W., 2nd Floor, Larry Dingle Committee Room on the following proposed legislation:

AN ORDINANCE BY COUNCILMEMBER ANDREA L. BOONE TO AMEND CHAPTER 10, ARTICLE II, DIVISION 2, SUBDIVISION I, SECTION 10-48, ENTITLED APPLICATION, AND CHAPTER 30, ARTICLE II, SECTION 30-28, ENTITLED FEES, TO INCREASE THE INITIAL APPLICATION FEE FOR A LICENSE TO SELL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES PURSUANT TO A PHASED APPROACH; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

A copy of the proposed Ordinance is on file in the Office of the Municipal Clerk of the City of Atlanta for the purpose of the examination and inspection of the public.
