The Public Safety and Legal Administration Committee of the Atlanta City Council will hold a Public Hearing in City Hall 55 Trinity Avenue, S.W., 2nd Floor, Larry Dingle Committee Room on the following proposed legislation:

AN ORDINANCE BY COUNCILMEMBERS WAYNE MARTIN AND ANDREA L. BOONE TO AMEND CHAPTER 78, ARTICLE III, SECTION 78-57, ENTITLED “FIRE PREVENTION CODE ADOPTED, INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE; “AMENDMENTS” FOR THE PURPOSE OF INCREASING AND OTHERWISE ADJUSTING EXISTING FIRE INSPECTION FEES, FIRE PLAN REVIEW FEES AND FIRE PERMIT FEES, SUCH THAT THEY MORE CLOSELY APPROXIMATE THE COST TO THE CITY FOR PERFORMING THE REGULATORY SERVICES RELATED THERETO, PURSUANT TO A PHASED APPROACH; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

A copy of the proposed Ordinance is on file in the Office of the Municipal Clerk of the City of Atlanta for the purpose of the examination and inspection of the public.
