The Transportation Committee of the Atlanta City Council will hold a Public Hearing in City Hall, 55 Trinity Avenue, S.W., 2nd Floor Marvin S. Arrington Sr., Council Chamber, on the following proposed legislation:
26-O-1535 AN ORDINANCE BY COUNCILMEMBER BYRON D. AMOS AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OR HIS DESIGNEE, ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ATLANTA, TO ABANDON A PORTION OF A PUBLIC STREET KNOWN AS SHIRLEY PLACE, NW, SPECIFICALLY DEPICTED IN THE ATTACHED EXHIBIT “A” AND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 179 OF THE 14TH DISTRICT OF FULTON COUNTY, GEORGIA, TAX PARCEL ID 14 017900060661; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
A copy of the proposed Ordinance is on file in the Office of the Municipal Clerk of the City of Atlanta for the purpose of examination and inspection of the public.
