HVAC Commercial Project Manager. FT. Duties: Oversee design, planning, and installation of commercial HVAC systems. Provide expertise for appropriate equipment, materials, and supplies necessary for each project. Prepare and submit bids, budget estimates, and progress reports. Coordinate with clients to discuss and resolve issues and concerns to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Travel to client sites at various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. is required. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: High School Degree / GED / Foreign educational equivalent. Any occupation where twenty-four (24) months managerial experience in commercial HVAC installation and project management is gained.
