Publication Notice of Dissolution - Contingent Contractual Claims To all concerned Acivilate, Inc., a Delaware corporation, is dissolved effective August 31, 2025. Any person asserting a contractual claim against Acivilate, Inc. contingent upon the occurrence or nonoccurrence of future events or otherwise conditional or unmatured shall submit such claim, including the name and contact information for the claimant, amount of the claim, legal basis for the claim, and documents demonstrating the validity of the claim to: Louise Wasilewski, CEO 75 5th St NW STE 2310 Atlanta, GA 30308 or louise@acivilate.com. Contractual claims do not include any implied warranty as to any product manufactured, sold, distributed or handled by Acivilate, Inc. All claims must contain sufficient information regarding the identity of the claimant and the substance of the claim. Claims must be received by Acivilate, Inc. within sixty (60) days of the publication of this Notice. Claims not received by that date will be barred. Acivilate, Inc. (or a successor entity, if any) may make distributions to other claimants and Acivilate Inc.'s stockholders or persons interested as having been such without further notice to a claimant.
