PUBLIC NOTICE STATE ALABAMA IN THE PROBATE COURT COUNTY OF COVINGTON CASE NO.: PC-2019-193 IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF EDWARD CHARLES FOSTER, DECEASED ESTATE OF EDWARD CHARLES FOSTER, DECEASED NOTICE OF EVIDENTIARY HEARING TO OLAN McGEE Letters of Administration of said deceased having been granted to Betty J. Lampley Williams on the 15th day of July 2019, by the Honorable Stacy Brooks, Judge of the Probate Court of Covington County, Alabama. Notice is hereby given to Olan McGee AKA Olan Michael McGee that on or about August 5, 2019, he filed a notice with the Probate Court of Covington County, Alabama that he is biological son and next of kin of the Edward Charles Foster. On or about March 13, 2021, the Personal Representative filed an objection to the claim of Olan McGee, and asked Judge Brooks to set a time for an Evidentiary Hearing on Olan McGee's petition/claim. Judge Brooks has set a hearing for September 28, 2021, at 11:00 a.m., at the Probate Court, Covington County Courthouse, 1 North Court Square, Suite A, Andalusia, Alabama on the Personal Representative's motion dated May 13, 2021, for an Evidentiary Hearing to be held on Olan McGee's petition/claim that he is the son, next of kin and heir at law of the Deceased Edward Charles Foster.
