GOVMVMT Purchasing Cooperative Master Agreement for Online Marketplace Issue Date: May 29, 2025 Proposals Due: June 26, 2025 @ 6:00pm EST RFP # RCO-RC-EPC-2025-007 The County of Rockland, New York (herein "Lead Public Agency") on behalf of itself and the GOVMVMT Purchasing Cooperative, the members of the Advisory Council and all states, local governments, school districts, and higher education institutions in the United States of America, and other government agencies and nonprofit organizations (herein "Participating Public Agencies") is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to enter into a Master Agreement(s) for a digital online marketplace for the purchase of products and services (herein "Products and Services"). Interested firms will execute and submit all information in accordance with the RFP's Proposal Submission Requirements and Instructions. The solicitation may result in an award to multiple contracts.
