NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR BANK CHARTER AND DEPOSIT INSURANCE Notice is hereby given that application has been made by Georgia Skyline Bank (a proposed Georgia bank), to be located at 1095 Old Roswell Road, Roswell, Georgia 30076 in Fulton County, Georgia, to the Georgia Department of Banking and Finance ("GDBF") for a bank charter and to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC") for deposit insurance. The organizers of the proposed bank include: Adam Caskey, Steve Crowell, Ryan Floyd, Heath Fountain, Jack Godfrey, II, Veronica Hicks, Nick Marsit, Tracy Murgash, Phil Resch and H. Charles Woolley. Any person wishing to comment or protest this application may file his or her comments in writing with the GDBF at 2990 Brandywine Road, Suite 200, Atlanta, Georgia 30341-5565 or with the regional director of the FDIC at the FDIC office located at 10 Tenth Street NW, Suite 900, Atlanta, Georgia 30309-3849, no later than September 19, 2025. The nonconfidential portions of the application are on file at the appropriate FDIC office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours.
