NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FULTON COUNTY, GA FY2025-2029 CONSOLIDATED PLAN AND 2025 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN Notice is hereby given that Fulton County, GA (County) has prepared its 2025-2029 Five Year Consolidated Plan and 2025 Annual Action Plan for the federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Programs. Feedback from the community is requested on the draft plan. For FY 2025, Fulton County expects to receive the following amounts CDBG: $1,254,161; HOME: $590,862.29. These funds will be used for a variety of eligible activities and services that will benefit Fulton County citizens, with the exception of those citizens residing within the city limits of Atlanta, Roswell, South Fulton and Sandy Springs. In order to obtain the views of citizens, public agencies, and other interested parties, the County has placed its proposed FY2025-2029 Five Year Consolidated Plan, 2025 Annual Action Plan and Citizen Participation Plan on public display at the Fulton County Department of Community Development, and online athttps://www.fultoncountyga.gov/inside-fulton-county/fulton-county-departments/community-development beginning June 9, 2025 and ending July 8, 2025. Fulton County will make reasonable accommodations and services necessary for sensory-impaired and disabled citizens to view the plan.
