- PUBLIC NOTICE - Please be advised that the Employee Benefit Plan Council (EBPC) and State Personnel Board (SPB) will convene on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. ET via teleconference and the following in-person location: Conference Room 1816 A/B, West Tower, Floyd Veterans Memorial Building. Below are agenda items for the meetings and information for joining virtually. The EBPC agenda includes an introduction of the new Deputy Commissioner by Commissioner Rebecca N. Sullivan, the approval of minutes of the November 18, 2025, EBPC meeting, as well as presentations on the following: 1) Enrollment metrics for Plan Year 2026; and 2) Update on the Flexible Benefits Program Request for Proposal (Legal Plans).
